What is Sofra?

Sofra is a platform that enables homebased kitchens and merchants to open their virtual shops to increase their exposure to customers, increase their revenues and market their products. We aim to connect passionate homebased kitchen owners and merchants to potential clients, while handling all logistics through our delivery partners.

What kind of kitchens and
merchants available on Sofra?

Sofra has a large selection of homebased kitchens and merchants that serves your SOFRA.

What time can I place an order?

Every kitchen and merchant will have different opening times. This will be displayed on the Application.

How is my order delivered?

Once you order, the notification will be sent to the kitchen or merchant to start preparing the order. Once it is ready for pick-up, our delivery partners will pick the order and deliver them to your door steps.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order value is different for each kitchen or merchant. The minimum order value will be displayed on the Application.

Does Sofra charge the same amount as the Merchant charge directly their customers?

We make our best to ensure that the prices are the same.

What are the fees I have to pay?

The only fee you have to pay is the delivery charge, which vary according to the delivery type (inside city delivery or outside city delivery).

How to place an order through Sofra?

Simply just register through the Application, choose the kitchen or merchant you would like to order from, choose the time you would like to receive your order, pay for your order and your order is confirmed!

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, it is possible. Please make sure to choose this option before confirming your order.

What if I have allergies?

We encourage the kitchens to list any allergens, however please communicate to the kitchen if you have any allergy.

If I made an order, how long will it take to be delivered?

The delivery time vary between kitchens and merchants. Please be aware that the time displayed on the kitchen or merchant profile consist of order preparation time and delivery time. The estimated delivery time is displayed on the application.

What type of payments Sofra accepts?

Sofra accepts Debit, Credit and Cash on delivery only.

If my order is late, what shall I do?

Please contact our customer service page on the Application. We will try our best to resolve it as soon as possible.

What if there is a mistake in my order?

Please contact our customer service page on the Application. We will try our best to resolve it as soon as possible.

What if I want to add to my order after it is placed?

Please contact our customer service page on the Application. We will try our best to resolve it as soon as possible.

How to Cancel an order?

You can always cancel your order through the Application before it is being prepared.

Can I write a review of my recent order?

You may write your opinion of the order you have received, rate the kitchen or merchant and add them to your favorite list.

I am a homebased kitchen owner: how can I register as a partner?

You may visit our website www.mysofra.com and fill your information. Please be aware that we only accept licensed home kitchens.

I am a delivery company owner: how can I register as a partner?

You may visit our website www.mysofra.com and fill your information.

I am not a kitchen owner, but I would like to be a partner. Can I still register?

Yes, you can. We accept all licensed businesses either service providers or merchants that may serve our partners and our customers. Below are some examples;

  • Wholesale containers, food Packaging etc.

  • Tableware... etc
