Unless you have elected to remain anonymous through your device and/or platform settings, this information may be collected and used by us automatically if you use the service through your mobile device(s) via Sofra application, through your mobile's browser or otherwise.

We will use your information to enable us to;
• Provide you with access to our platform and to supply the services you have requested.
• Bill you and to contact you when necessary, concerning our services.
• Analyze the information we collect so that we can manage, support, improve our business, or for any other purpose.
• To contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or updates to our platforms or our services.
If push notifications were enabled on your device, we may send you push notifications relating to the services that you have requested from us and information about our services and offers. You may stop receiving push notifications from us anytime by changing your preference on your mobile device.

You agree that we may use your information to inform you about our products and services that may be of interest to you including services that may be the subject of direct marketing and we may contact you to do so by post, telephone, mobile messaging as well as by e-mail. Please note that by submitting comments and feedback regarding Sofra and its services, you consent to us to use such comments or feedback on the platform and in any marketing or advertising materials. • Third parties to process information such as credit card payments and other services related to payments for us.

• Third party marketing companies who assist us to analyze the personal data we collect so that we can manage, support, improve and develop our business and services to you.

We have put in place measures to ensure your information is secured from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will keep your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires. Where you have chosen a password which allows you to access the platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We advise you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will take steps to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee the security of any data we collect and store, any transmission of data is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
